Travel Guide: Copenhagen
Sophisticated, green and delight
Copenhagen is definitely one of the most inspiring places in the world for architecture and design. En plus d'être l'instiguatrice du mouvement hygge, ce sentiment associé au bonheur et au bien-être, elle est aussi is also considered one of the most sustainable cities in the world. In the Danish capital, you can ski down the roof of a waste-to-energy plant, take your bike on car-free bicycle bridges, and go for a dip in the harbour’s public bathing zones and so much more. Explore the city through my eyes in this latest Travel Guide.
Green in the city and peaceful atmosphere
Combining a world-class collection, open-air art, special exhibitions and visionary architecture, Ordrupgaard fuels the dialogue between past and present, classic and contemporary. Discover the collections, immerse yourself in the garden with open-air art and visit the unique Finn Juhl house. The furniture designer and architect Finn Juhl designed and decorated his house at 15 Kratvænget in Ordrup at the age of thirty. Completed in 1942, Finn Juhl’s house is now considered one of the most successful functionalist single-family houses in Denmark.

Rich and diverse architectural, Art and design scene
ORDRUPGAARD — Combining a world-class collection, open-air art, special exhibitions and visionary architecture, Ordrupgaard fuels the dialogue between past and present, classic and contemporary. Discover the collections, immerse yourself in the garden with open-air art and visit the unique Finn Juhl house. The furniture designer and architect Finn Juhl designed and decorated his house at 15 Kratvænget in Ordrup at the age of thirty. LOUISIANA — Take a day off of the city center and go at Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. The road totally worth it. This place is an heaven for art and architecture's lovers. La fluidité du mouvement est d'un naturel décontenançant et la mise en valeur des oeuvres et de la nature relève du génie. La pièce avec le travail de Giacometti and his Walking Man is stunning, I wished I could stay in this room all day to enjoyed each stade of daylight on the landscapes and Giacometti's work. This international museum is a shrine to Danish modernists, with a 4,000-piece collection spanning 1945 to the present.
FRAMA — This brand as always been an inspiration for their design, sur, but also for my work. I really liked their sophisticated visual imagery and they storytelling content. They contribute to démocratiser le design and to bring beauty and a sophisticated simplicity in everydaylife of people all around the globe. Enjoy a coffee and a pastry at their cafe Apotek57.
Pursuing Hygge: my fave spots
There's so many great addresses and good vibes in Copenhagen, every corner of the city have his cool spot. Every commerce as a sensibility for space and good design and that's a huge part of the hygge sensation that habit you tout au long de ton séjour. Côté table, la philosophie du célèbre noma a laissé sa trace dans la culture danoise, où les produits de qualité et de saisons se trouvent quasiment partout. You'll find a mixture of affordable to high-end spots. However is for shop, vintage found, take a coffee or share a plate, here's a list of my fave spots.
